Unfortunately, the SWCA have not made any arrangements for a nonprofit to come and pickup all unsold/unwanted items. Individuals will have to do that. If you have any other questions, please contact Ginny Lesley, the coordinator for this event. She can be reached at 321-724-4209.

Please reconsider the flags on poles in front yards. Looks very commercial. And our lots are small. It used to be on mailboxes and house.
2. Pavers driveways. The sidewalk belongs to the HOA. Look at other developments. No sidewalks.
3. No ARC approval if dues are not up to date. Or in violation of covenants.
4. No part time residents of any Boards
5. Explore Management Companies. Everyone treated the same.
